  • looking at language from the perspective of legal theory (anormative linguistics)

    Mainly research on:

    • the inflation and volatility of the law,
    • the relationship of these processes to the decline in the communicative quality of legal language,
    • the implementation of machine learning methods into the theoretical and legal instrumentarium.
